Lounge chair „B8M“
The lounge chair “B8M” is the second chair from the “be-my-chair” series. The basic idea was to design a lounge chair based on the previous dining chair „B5M“, with the characteristic individual upholstery elements. As far as the construction work and the production process were concerned, however, we were faced with a completely different task. The seat shell does not consist of one part, but of 6 individual shell elements, which are connected on the back by steel struts. In order to obtain the basis of the three-dimensional seat shell with these, these are cut from plates and shaped with a CNC roll bending machine.
